Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through the bn99 internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the nearest valid equivalent that reflects the original intent of the parties.
